Terms of service - Personal usage

These rules apply when you want to:

- Change the design of your website.
- Use a design for test purposes.

In these cases you can modify the design as you wish. The signature (link to our home page) is not compulsory and is not activated by default. Nevertheless if you would like to help us you can add it by following these instructions. Also the administrator can fully or partially use and redistribuate any design created with Generakit in order ot improve the quality of our service.

Terms of service - Free Redistribution

These rules apply when you want to:

- Create website to redistribuate them for free.
- Design a website for someone else than yourself for free.

In these cases you must fully comply to the following rules even when the design has been manually modified later on:

- The users of a redistribuated design must be aware that it has been created with Generakit and must themselves comply to these rules.
- If you redistribuate designs on your website, the sentence "Design created with Generakit" including a link to our homepage must appear next to the design.
- If you want to add a signature to your website on the design then a similar signature linking to Generakit must be added as well.
- The administrator has the right to ask you to remove redistribuated designs on a website if you do not comply to our terms of service.
- You must let the administrator know that you want to redistribuate design created with Generakit on your website and provide the link to this last. This can be done thanks to our contact form.

Terms of service - Selling a design

These rules apply when you want to:

- Sell a design created with Generakit.

In this case you must ask for our approval. Please use our contact form and let us know as much as possible concerning your project.
